You gotta try this!
I am a retired LEO (33 years) and am now the Director of a South East Florida Police Academy. In Florida it is often difficult to find unobtrusive ways to carry concealed and while I may no longer be an active LEO protecting my loved ones and others is still my first priority. Carrying concealed in numerous different bags over the years has proved challenging and sometimes comical. Fanny-packs are no longer socially acceptable per my teenagers and the man-purse only goes so far whereas a backpack is never out of style. When I saw your Rigid Molle Panel and the Safariland QLS Pistol Holster Quick Disconnect I thought this was a great solution. My primary EDC bag now is the GoRuck 10L Bullet so the rigid molle panel and holster set up fit perfectly. However, If I want a more civilian look I have a couple of Mountainback canvas backpacks that the molle panel fits in very well as well. The most appealing part of using the Safariland QLS Pistol Holster Quick Release is that I can remove the holster and put it on a paddle or belt holder that has the female end of the receiver already set up - extremely convenient. I would absolutely recommend this and other products from Grey Man Tactical to anyone who is looking for simple solutions to innovative ways of not only carrying concealed but doing so in a more practical/tactical manner than just putting a firearm in a bag.
